A P2P merchant is a verified trader who enables other users to buy and sell crypto — including PIX — through direct peer-to-peer transactions. As a merchant, you post your own offers, choose payment methods, and set your own exchange rate. X-Playce provides the escrow infrastructure and trust framework that keeps every trade secure for both sides.

Eligibility
Requirements to apply
To maintain the quality and safety of the P2P network, all merchant applications are reviewed manually. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval, but significantly improves your chances.
Verified X-Playce Account
Your account must have completed full KYC verification with a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.
Your X-Playce account must be at least 30 days old with a record of prior activity on the platform.
A minimum balance of 500 PIX must be held in your wallet as collateral during your active merchant period.
Applicants must have zero unresolved disputes and a clean trading record on the platform at the time of application.
You must agree to the X-Playce P2P Merchant Code of Conduct and relevant regional financial regulations.
At least one verified payment method must be linked to your account before submitting your application.
