Policy Overview

X-Playce maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, corruption, financial misconduct, and any violation of applicable laws and regulations. This Whistleblower Notice establishes the framework through which employees, contractors, users, and third parties may report concerns without fear of retaliation or adverse consequences.

This policy applies globally across all X-Playce operations and is governed in accordance with the relevant whistleblower protection legislation in each jurisdiction where X-Playce operates.

Who can report
Any individual — employee, contractor, user, partner, or anonymous third party — who has reasonable grounds to believe a violation has occurred or is occurring.
Response timeline
Acknowledgment within 5 business days. Full investigation and resolution communicated within 30 business days of a complete report being filed.
Confidentiality
The identity of the reporter is kept strictly confidential and is only disclosed if required by law or with express consent of the reporter.
Anti-retaliation
Any form of retaliation against a reporter acting in good faith is strictly prohibited and will itself be subject to disciplinary action.

Reportable Matters

The following categories of concern are eligible for reporting through this channel. Reports outside these categories may be redirected to the appropriate team.

Financial Fraud & Misconduct
Falsification of financial records, misappropriation of assets, market manipulation, insider trading, or any unauthorized financial transactions.
AML / KYC Violations
Circumvention of anti-money laundering procedures, identity verification failures, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
Data Privacy & Security Breaches
Unauthorized access to user data, failure to report security incidents, misuse of personal information, or violations of data protection obligations.
Regulatory Non-Compliance
Deliberate failure to comply with licensing conditions, regulatory reporting obligations, or instructions from competent authorities.
Bribery & Corruption
Offering, accepting, or facilitating bribes, corrupt payments, or other improper advantages to gain business benefit or influence decisions.
Workplace Misconduct
Serious harassment, discrimination, unsafe working conditions, or other violations of employee rights and workplace standards.

How the Process Works

Once a report is submitted, it enters a structured review process managed entirely by the Independent Compliance Committee — a body separate from operational management.

Submission & Acknowledgment
Your report is received through the secure channel. You receive an encrypted reference number. If not anonymous, acknowledgment is sent within 5 business days.

Initial Triage
The Compliance Committee assesses the report for completeness and scope. If more information is needed, a secure callback is initiated.

Investigation
A dedicated investigator is assigned. Evidence is gathered independently. The subject of the report is not made aware of the reporter's identity.

Resolution & Outcome
Findings are reviewed by senior compliance leadership. Where misconduct is confirmed, appropriate disciplinary, regulatory, or legal action is taken.

Reporter Notification
If contact information was provided, you are informed of the outcome to the extent permitted by law. All reports and findings are archived securely.

Protections & Limitations
Your protections as a reporter
You are protected from dismissal, demotion, harassment, or any other form of retaliation for making a good-faith report. Protection applies regardless of whether the reported misconduct is ultimately substantiated, provided the report was made honestly and without malicious intent.
Malicious or false reports
This channel must not be used to submit knowingly false allegations or to harm another individual. Deliberate misuse of the whistleblower channel is itself a serious disciplinary offence and may result in legal consequences.

Do not include your own name or contact details in this field if you wish to remain anonymous.
You may be contacted via secure channel to share files after submission.
